Coloquei o email abaixo:

Dear Luciana Misura,
First and foremost, we hope that you and your clients are staying well during these challenging times. Our lives have changed in such extraordinary ways, yet it is heartening to see family, friends and colleagues caring for one another and doing their part to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The Canadian government has announced that it will not allow any ship with more than 500 passengers to dock in any Canadian port until July 1, at the earliest. Given that your clients’ sailing on the Disney Wonder is scheduled to embark and/or debark in Vancouver and we have not been able to secure an alternate homeport, it is necessary to cancel their sailing.
In light of this cancellation, we are offering your clients the choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of their original sail date, or a full refund. The credit has been automatically added to their account. Guests and travel agents may place a reservation on hold by applying it as a payment option when booking a new reservation online.
If you prefer to speak to someone directly, please contact a member of our reservation team at 1-866-325-6685 or 407-566-7797.
Thank you for your and your clients’ patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming them aboard as soon as we can and making magic for them and their loved ones.
Sincerely,
The Cast and Crew
Disney Cruise Line
*The Future Cruise Credit is equal to 125% of your clients’ original voyage fare and is only valid for sailings departing within 15 months of their original sailing. The FCC is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. If your clients end up not being able to use the FCC, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of their original voyage fare. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a FCC are not eligible for an additional Future Cruise Credit.

Dear XXXXXXXX,
As you know, the March 6 sailing of the Disney Wonder from New Orleans was a unique voyage, with our Disney team taking additional measures to help prevent illness onboard and providing information to all guests on how to keep themselves healthy amid concerns over COVID-19. We also shared regular updates with you throughout the cruise and during debarkation about the evolving public health crisis. We reminded all guests to contact our medical center if they felt unwell, and we didn’t receive any reports of guests or crew members with COVID-19 symptoms during the sailing.
In our efforts to continue to provide you with information, we want to make you aware that a handful of guests have shared with us that they began feeling ill after returning home and have since tested positive for COVID-19. Disney has shared this information with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Below are the CDC guidelines for people who may have been exposed to COVID-19. We encourage you to visit coronavirus.gov if you have additional questions.
What To Do Next
Consistent with the information you received when you disembarked, CDC guidance is that you stay home for 14 days from the time you returned home from your sailing and practice social distancing:
Take your temperature with a thermometer two times a day and monitor for fever. Also watch for cough or trouble breathing.
Stay home and avoid contact with others. Do not go to work or school.
Do not take public transportation, taxis or ride-shares.
Keep your distance from others (about 6 feet or 2 meters).
What To Do If You Get Sick
If you get sick with fever (100.4°F/38°C or higher) or cough in the 14 days after you return from travel:
Stay home. Avoid contact with others.
You might have COVID-19; most people are able to recover at home without medical care.
If you have trouble breathing or are worried about your symptoms, call or text a health care provider. Tell them about your recent cruise ship travel and your symptoms.
Call ahead before you go to a doctor’s office or emergency room.
If you need to seek medical care for other reasons, such as dialysis, call ahead to your doctor and tell them about your recent travel on the ship.
The health and wellbeing of our guests and crew remains our foremost concern, and our thoughts are with all of those affected by this situation. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and remain in regular contact with health agencies for information and guidance.
Please continue to take care of yourselves and those around you. We look forward to welcoming you back aboard Disney Cruise Line in the future.
Sincerely,
Jeff Vahle
President, Disney Cruise Line
